Today we have good news: Engineers Australia now accept English Pearson’s test for migration skills assessment application.
What are the requirements for English Pearson’s test?
The minimum acceptable score is 50 in each of the 4 modules of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. The test should have been taken within last two years and English Pearson’s test is accepted starting from the 1st of November 2017.

Currently Engineers Australia accept both IELTS and TOEFL iBT as English Test for migration skills assessment applicants. Minimum score for IELTS is 6 in every module. Minimum scores for TOEFL iBT are: 12 in listening, 13 in reading, 21 in writing and 18 in speaking.
