Designed an accessible toilet facility compliant with Brazilian accessibility standards. Coordination with the Mexican Cinepolis project team required self-taught Spanish communication throughout. Villagio Di Parma Condominium, Botucatu
Acted as freelance project manager for Villagio Di Parma, a 20-unit residential condominium in Botucatu. Identified unexpectedly low soil resistance during foundation construction and developed a crowning block foundation solution to redistribute loads across the footing without delaying the programme. Introduced a J-shaped brick innovation to reduce material waste and rework on site. Used MS Project to develop and manage the critical path programme from groundbreaking to final handover.
