If you wish to apply for membership with the Engineers Australia and your engineering qualification is not accredited or recognized by Engineers Australia, you need to complete a Stage 1 Competency Assessment.
The main and the most important part of the Stage 1 Competency Assessment is the Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) which includes 3 narratives demonstrating you Engineering Competency and the Summary Statement. Those narratives can relate to your educational program, engineering employment or work-based problem solving demonstration.
There are various Competency Demonstrations Report (CDR) samples suitable for assessment for membership with the Engineers Australia available from our web site. These are same examples as for Migration Skills Assessment. The only difference between stage 1 assessment and assessment for migration purposes is in Summary Statement. The difference is that in Stage 1 assessment middle and right columns should be in reverse order.
All our CDR examples have been recently approved by the Engineers Australia and stand in all their requirements. These samples include 3 narratives, Summary Statement and CPD and written in a high style yet simple language and are easy for adaptation for creation of your own CDR.
